1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Snypr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree to them, please don't use Snypr.

2. What Snypr does

Snypr lets you set an item, budget, and location, then watches publicly visible Facebook Marketplace listings for matches. When a matching listing appears, Snypr uses an automated model to estimate how easy it would be to resell and what margin you might expect.

Those estimates are informational only. They are not a valuation, an appraisal, financial advice, or a guarantee of any resale outcome. Listings can sell, get taken down, or change price before you act on an alert, and the underlying AI grading can be wrong.

3. No affiliation with Meta or Facebook Marketplace

Snypr is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Facebook" and "Facebook Marketplace" are trademarks of Meta; we use them only to describe what Snypr watches.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You need to provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Snypr.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Snypr to:

• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Snypr's alert data or underlying listing data in bulk;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
• Use Snypr for any unlawful purpose, including facilitating fraud in a resale transaction.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Snypr is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snypr and its creators aren't liable for lost profit, missed deals, or any decision you make based on an alert or resale estimate.

7. Termination

You can stop using Snypr and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Snypr evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

9. Contact

Snypr doesn't have a support inbox live yet. Once it does, it'll be linked from the homepage and this page will be updated to match.
