1. Information we collect

When you use Snypr, we collect:

• Account information — your email and password, so you can sign in.
• Search criteria — the item, budget, and location you configure so Snypr knows what to watch for.
• Usage data — basic, aggregate data about how the product is used, so we can tell what's working and what's broken.

2. How we use it

We use this information to run the alert-matching service you asked for, grade listings against your criteria, notify you when a match appears, and improve the accuracy of that matching over time. We don't sell your personal information.

3. Marketplace data and Meta

Snypr watches publicly visible Facebook Marketplace listings — this is publicly accessible listing information, not private data about you. Snypr is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., and your Snypr account is entirely separate from any Facebook or Instagram account you may have.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your account and search-criteria data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete this data within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it to comply with the law.

5. Your choices

You can update your search criteria at any time from your account, and you can request that we delete your account and associated data.

6. Cookies

Snypr uses the minimum cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Children's privacy

Snypr isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Snypr doesn't have a support inbox live yet. Once it does, it'll be linked from the homepage and this page will be updated to match.
